Selim Pepper

Carries subtle notes of precious polished wood. It can therefore be used as pepper, adding an aromatic note (somewhere between cubeb pepper and nutmeg).

Ayurvedic properties
It’s taste is spicy, warming and sweet. Reduces Vata and Kapha, and increases Pitta.

Culinary uses
Gives taste to foie gras and terrine, game and poultry, as well as cooked vegetables.
